Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build software that changes what happens inside a physical store.
Crave is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build products used by shoppers, store associates, and some of the world's largest retailers.
You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and infrastructure, with real ownership from idea through production.
This is not a ticket factory. You will help define the problem, make technical decisions, ship the solution, and see how it performs in the real world.
What you'll be building
Our software operates inside live stores, which makes the work unusually tangible.
You might be building a new shopper experience, creating an AI-powered service flow, integrating with retailer inventory or loyalty systems, improving platform architecture, or investigating an issue happening in stores thousands of miles away.
The work spans:
- Shopper and associate experiences
- AI-powered shopping and service
- APIs, backend services, and platform architecture
- Enterprise integrations
- Real-time store events and session data
- Reliability, performance, testing, and observability
We are looking for someone who is comfortable moving across the stack and solving problems that are not always neatly defined.
You should care about architecture, but know when to ship. You should investigate instead of guess. And you should take ownership of what you put into production.

What we're looking for
Strong candidates will typically have experience with:
- Modern frontend development
- Backend, API, and database development
- Production cloud systems
- Third-party or enterprise integrations
- System design and architecture
- Debugging complex production issues
- Testing, code review, and modern development practices
Experience in retail technology, enterprise SaaS, AI products, mobile, real-time systems, or hardware-connected software is especially valuable.
